I have never heard of the home buying process going as smoothly as ours did with Kunal. Any concerns we had with the process were usually already handled before we even asked about them. From the offer to the inspection, appraisal and closing, Kunal made sure the gears kept turning and deadlines were met. Not one thing was delayed! We were even able to use the VA loan, which we’ve heard can be problematic, especially in a fast paced market like today’s. While Kunal was very professional and proactive getting things done, he is also very personable and kept open communication throughout the process. 5/5 across the board, definitely recommend.

We were constantly communicating via text any time I had a question and I got a response almost immediately. They did a great job of finding me properties, helping me weigh the pros and cons of each to find the best option for me. They were honest with me about resale and rental prospects for the property that I was buying. They never made me feel like I was trouble, even when I looked at property after property over the course of 6 months. Early in the buying process, when I wasn't in the city yet, they would FaceTime or Skype home tours with me. When I was struggling to find a broker I liked, they recommended Jennie Weber who was also wonderful. They kept me well informed of every step of the process. All the paperwork except closing was electronic, which was great since I'm very busy. I wanted to limit cash down and they helped me find things to ask for in the offer that I didn't even know about to limit my costs at closing. On the day of closing I paid several thousand less than I had expected going in. When I did buy I was able to borrow their box truck for free to help move my things and pick up flooring. They also advised me on what type of flooring to get that would be best for resale and helped me find a contractor to do the hard parts of the job like installing flooring under appliances in the kitchen and at strange angles, so I could save money by doing most of the install myself while saving time and likely physical therapy from trying to do it all (especially lift really heavy objects) by myself. They were always on time, always returned my calls, texts or emails very quickly even after closing. They also gave me a nice thank you gift at closing. I will definitely keep using them for future purchases.
