**Edited** Company claims Tyler does not work there which I’m unclear about but I had reached out to the Kunal Patel group and was referred out to an agent. At the very least, please vet who you are referring people to. ——— Unresponsive and wasted my time. Tyler Hicks (who was referred to me by Kunal and works at the same brokerage) forgot to take a scheduled call, promised to set me up in MLS and never followed through on anything.

Claire Dunn is an absolutely outstanding realtor. It’s so cliché but it’s 100% true; Claire goes above and beyond for her clients. Claire walked me through the selling process with ease and had faith when I didn’t. She knows the market, has great professional relationships with other agents, and is an expert on the nuances of buying/selling. Claire calmed my nerves more times than I can count and I’m forever grateful. I’ve worked with other agents in the past and I can say without a doubt that Claire is my forever agent.

Kunal is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and secured an outstanding offer for our house in one day. His team helps take care of the all the details to make the selling process as smooth as possible.
