Selling my condo was whirlwind event, and as a first-time home seller, I was a little nervous. Shelby explained everything to me and the whole process went exactly how she said it would. The sell was not without hiccups, but the quickness and efficiency that Shelby pivoted and handled issues and concerns is what really let me know I made the right decision to work with her. Her communication was always on time, and she was available when she said she would be. Actually, she even let me know when she was going to be unavailable and in meetings. I am so appreciative of the hard work Shelby and the Kunal Patel Group gave me, and I can't even imagine the behind-the-scenes interference they ran on my behalf. Shelby has truly made a long-term client out of me.

Kunal is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and secured an outstanding offer for our house in one day. His team helps take care of the all the details to make the selling process as smooth as possible. Kunal also helped with buying our new house and was extremely patient as we took a couple years to land on our dream home. We never felt pressured or rushed by him. This review is long overdue but Kunal and his team were phenomenal during our unique home search. He worked hard for us to sell our new build under very difficult circumstances. When we were ready to buy, Shelby became our agent and was like a close friend, looking out for our wants and needs and going above and beyond on many occasions.
